Goodbye, Honeycomb at 18:52

The latest version of Windows Mobile 6.5 has dropped one of the new features.

Following the official release last month, there has been a great deal of discussion regarding the new menu, especially regarding the honeycomb effect.

Well, when Microsoft's own employees began to return negative feedback the decision was made to removeit from the latest build.

While the staggered layout remains the same the icons have been enlarged, but the honeycomb has gone.
And scrolling now has the effect of a PageDown / PageUp.

Personally, I like both options.
