There are now 5 Fashion Designers who have created themes for Windows Mobile 6.5 :

DVF
Rock and Republic
Ron Arad
Vera Wing
The themes bring the official wallpapers, provide custom colours throughout the UI and also bring a colour mask to the Today Screen Taskbar.
The shading also masks our own chosen wallpaper.
